DELIVERY
Delivery Service:
All deliveries are a one man service as standard so assistance by an able bodied person will be required, depending on the size of you item. If a 2-man delivery is needed or you any special requirements, it’s the customer’s responsibly to inform us before delivery. The 2-man service can be purchased at checkout with you order or paid afterwards at an additional £60.

The items are of an industrial nature they MUST be checked for any oil, dirt or excess finish residue before entering the home or being placed in situ. Extra care must be considered before placing on light coloured flooring. Please make sure all items are inspected before the driver leaves.
Parcel delivery:
For smaller items like samples or aftercare we use Royal Mail which take approx. 3-5 days.
Once the item has been marked for dispatch we will forward you the tracking information. If for any reason you are not available when the delivery is attempted the delivery company will leave a card with instructions for the re-delivery.
Standard Delivery:
We have our own drivers and vans delivering nationwide.
Some areas such as Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Cornwall, Devon, East Wales and East Anglia may take longer. There can be additional charges on these location’s due to being remote or any water crossings involved. It’s the customers responsibility to notify us if they location is Scottish Highlands or any water crossings are involved.
When your order is complete our dispatch team will contact you with a prospective delivery date. We will attempt to give more than 48 hours’ notice. On the day of the delivery the driver will call 30-60 mins prior to delivery.
Our items are delivered ready built so please make sure you have adequate access to your property. We suggest measuring your access to make sure the item will fit with no issues. On the majority of items the tops can be removed to allow easier access where needed. If there is an issue with access we have designed the tables so the tops can be unbolted with a 13mm socket or spanner. Our drivers will aid with this
We can offer a flat packing service if required at an additional cost. Please contact us for info.
Delivery will be to the front door of the property, unless agreed in advance. If for any reason the driver has to enter you home we are not liable for any damages caused to your property.
The driver will assist getting the order into your home unless it proves a risk to their health & safety or your property. All deliveries are at the driver’s discretion.
Deliveries are commenced on working days from 7.30am to 9pm
Pallet delivery:
Orders in remote locations can be sent via a pallet service. We carefully wrap each item and secure to the pallet safely. There may be an additional cost, please contact us for a quote.
We will call you to confirm a delivery date which suits you once palletised. Once the item has been marked for dispatch we will forward you the tracking information.
Assistance will be required to unload the item as it will be a kerbside delivery only so please make sure there is more than one able body person to assist.
