WARRANTY

12-Month Limited Warranty

 

1. Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of delivery.

 

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for handmade items. The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

Accident, misuse, neglect, or abuse.

Unauthorized repair, customization.

Normal wear and tear.

improper use or assembly.

Not following of the aftercare.

Acts of God, such as fire, flood, or earthquake.

3. Warranty Remedy

 

Rcc Furniture will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective part covered by this warranty. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

 

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, please contact Rcc Furniture at info@rcc-furniture.co.uk with a copy of your original purchase receipt.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Rcc Furniture's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part. Rcc Furniture shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to other property.  

 

6. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UK Law.
